Ian Jennings spent years at another North West IT company, looking after businesses of every size. When that company closed, many of its clients didn’t want a new supplier — they wanted Ian. So he set up iJen-IT, and many of those businesses are still with us today.
That’s shaped everything we do. We grow by recommendation, not hard selling. We keep our team small and experienced, so the people who answer your call actually know your systems. And Ian still works on first-line support — on purpose — because it keeps us close to our clients.
